Giveaway, the SECOND!

Hooray, I survived my first round of giveaways!  I will guess the little ducks was the hit this time haha.  It is a very cute needlepoint so I'm glad it's going to a new home~ :D

I entered the entries into a random number generator gadget (don't get me started on how excited I was to use that for the first time :b) and the result isssssss...

Yay!! Please get back to me with your address and we'll cross our fingers that your postal system has got it together enough to get this before Christmas haha. :D I do hope your daughter enjoys the ducks!

Now for Week 2: A Mill Hill Kit. This is a pretty little kit that I like quite a bit but I'll never get around to it and wouldn't know what to do with it when finished anyway.  It is opened but as far as I can tell, all beads, needles (even the dreaded beading needle), floss and fabric is present.  No guarantees though.  :)  It features a few fancy stitches (Rhodes heart and Smyrna stitch) too.

LE Mill Hill kit "Frosted Heather Rose", 3" x 4" maybe?

Also, I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in this little kit.  It's unopened so it should have all the necessaries.  I'll include the picture but please let me know in your comment whether or not you want it!  If the winner wants it, I'll send it, if not, it's off to the donation box!  :)

Simplicity "Refill" kit, 5" x 7"

Sparkly Fun Rules
  1. You must be a minion follower on the Google gadget (top right on my blog). I know many people use feedly, etc. but there's no way of showing that!
  2. Comment to enter... and tell me why you want the pattern(s)/kit(s).  This way I get to learn a little more about you~  :D
  3. You must contact me within one week of winning.
This giveaway will close Sunday, May 17th and the winner will be posted on Monday along with the next giveaway.  This giveaway is now closed!  This too is open to the whole world~

  1. My dear friend Rosey! You have a good heart, you donate charts!
    Every week a different :-)))
It is not reported, the package would be very expensive to post office!

  2. Hi :) Please count me in :) I really like the purple one, and I like the idea of specialty stitches, I have never done a specialty stitch before! It would also be a great gift for my Mum who likes flowers and the colour purple. She has epilepsy as well and (I don't know about other countries) in NZ purple is the colour for epilepsy awareness and that looks like a close shade of purple!
The other one is a little sexist I think, my dad won't like it at all, but I know a couple of other people who would find it really funny and it would make an okay Christmas present for them XD

  3. I love your charts Rosey but I will pass these also. They are small for me to stitch and you will incur lot of postage to send it to my place. I will let you spend for me only when I am sure I am desperate to stitch :) Just two more weeks left. I will be back again :) I am enjoying your giveaway ! I have to plan mine also.

  4. Oooh I would love to try the Mill Hill one, I haven't braved beading before but looks like a small enough project to try it out on :-) I will pass on the other one. I'm very lucky that my husband is quite good at replacing the toilet paper (though putting the seat down is another matter all together...)

  5. Count me in for the Mill Hill beaded sampler too. I love samplers and beading too.

  6. Thank you so much for generously sharing your thrifty treasures!

Please count me in for the Giveaway. I've loved Mill Hill for years, for both jewellery and stitching, and I really admired these little band samplers in the back of stitchy magazines when they first came out, but I've never been able to find one.

As for the other, it's funny (and true LOL), but not something I'd stitch, so if you don't mind, I'll pass - thanks for offering the choice :)

  7. The first one is sweet and the second one cute but again, not quite my taste. Very generous of you, though.

Thanks so much for leaving a comment! I am quite slow at stitching and your kind words are all a wonderful source of encouragement~ :D

I do reply (eventually) via email. If you are a no-reply commenter, I will leave my reply directly on your blog comment! ♥
